• 30 Inch Commercial Griddle

 *Electricity Charges/Equipment Storage - May apply if client brings in equipment needing additional electricity or wall space
*Dry/Cold/Packaging Storage - Additional charges may apply
*Small Wares - provided by Clients

All kitchen rental rates are paid in advance.

$500 Security Deposit - All Kitchen Users

Food Truck COMMISSARY RATES:

$200 per month flat fee!

• Refrigerator storage/Cold Holding

  ALL COMMISSARY CLIENTS WILL NEED:

Insurance:  A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance with La Cucuina LLC listed as an additional insured.  Client must maintain such policy for the duration of  kitchen use.
